Adobe Illustrator (AI) file, vector format with all text converted to outlines is preferred. Please save as .eps or .ai file. A high resolution .pdf may also be provided. We will work with you as best we can.
For most items, the minimum is 72 pieces. Less than minimum orders are accepted on most orders for an additional charge. Less than minimums are not available for all items however.
Yes, We must receive your proof approval before your order can go to production. Once approval is received, any changes to an order may incur additional costs and production time. Production lead time begins upon receipt of proof approval.
Yes you can. Contact us for custom pricing on blank items. Please note that there are certain brands are not available for blank sales however.
We work to event dates every day. If our standard lead time won’t work, rush options are available. Let us know your “in hands” date and we can work to accommodate this. In most instances, there will be a charge incurred for rush jobs.
In our industry the norm is a variance of 10% over or under. In most cases, your order will be printed to within 12 pieces. You will only be billed for what is produced. If you require an exact quantity, please let us know. There will be an additional charge for an exact quantity shipment.
We do offer options to package your items individually. Let us know how many you would like per box and what your requirements are. We can also add a business card, affix a sticker, or label your box if you need. Please let our team know as there is a separate charge for gift boxing.
We only ship to the USA. If you require shipping to a different country, we can ship to a freight forwarder of your choice
We require that all copyrighted and trademarked artwork must belong to you, or you have the owner’s permission to reproduce it. In ordering, you guarantee that your design does not infringe on any rights of any third party. Pourware Inked is not responsible for artwork that was not obtained legally.
No, if you simply want to repeat an order with no changes to the artwork or imprint color, there will be no screen charge.
Given the custom nature of our industry, no returns or refunds are available. However, if an order has an issue due to an error on our part, please contact us ASAP to review the options to get you what you ordered. We will make every attempt to promptly reprint the order.
Depending on the size of your order, it will either be packed into safety boxes with bubble wrap and shipped via UPS Ground OR it will be stacked onto a pallet and shipped via freight carrier. Please be prepared to explain to us your needs for shipping. Freight shipments are quoted as dock to dock without any additional requirements unless specifically noted by you.
